Teamwork

Interdisciplinary teams implement projects and original product ideas together.  Comprised of software developers, biologists and economists, we all work for the success of our customers and operators. We believe, ensuring all customer needs and implementing corresponding requirements is a direct result from our interdisciplinary teamwork.  Other major advantages include learning from each other every day and continuously developing knowledge in different departments and technologies.

New colleagues are welcomed with an extensive Welcome folder and a structured training- and orientation plan. The first period is designed for getting to know the colleagues, structures and processes, before committing to a task. We believe good orientation and training is the key to the development of the individual as well as for the company.

Apart from that?

Aside from coding, meetings and concept development, we regularly meet in company events and several sports activities. These activities range from the daily lunch walk through the green surroundings of Dresden-Hellerau to the participation in marathons in and around Dresden.

For the refreshment of the brain cells, we provide fresh fruit and drinks free of charge. Every now and then, you can also enjoy a piece of cake in birthday rounds – therefore mastering the art of baking is a must. On the grounds of the GebäudeEnsemble Deutsche Werkstätten Dresden-Hellerau a canteen with fresh cooked meals caters to all tastes. Alternatively the nearby Hellerauer market offers a range of products for daily needs.
