Product description Downloads Qualitype® Abetter LIMS 1.1 The Qualitype® Abetter LIMS supports forensic laboratories to do their daily casework at all levels. The Abetter LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) platform combines all management and lab processes in one user-friendly solution. It is a module based and extensible software package and allows a user specific implementation. There are modules for forensic, clinic etc. available. We developed together with forensic scientists a specialized Forensic module which covers all aspects of forensic casework. This includes full case management like police dossiers, evidence materials, samples, analysis results and final reports. The software package supports different lab devices and robots (ABI®, Qiagen®, Hamilton® etc.) and a high performance throughput. It offers all comprehensive data analysis functions and biostatistics calculations. The Qualitype® Abetter Lims provides also a workflow engine which allows the user to define all kinds of lab processes and workflows. It includes complete sample tracking by support of barcodes, a complete audit trail of all steps and digital signature ensures full data integrity.
