GenoProof^® is an expert system for the analysis of forensic samples and complex DNA mixtures. It covers the entire evaluation process, from the analysis of raw data up to the biostatistics calculation according to ISFG recommendations.

GenoProof^® Mixture is an all-in-one solution for forensic DNA sample analysis in high throughput. It offers the advantage, that the user works directly with the data from the sequencer without using any additional software.

The program includes fast and robust size and allele calling algorithms which allow a detailed evaluation of raw data. The software package supports the automatic genotyping of commercial multiplex PCR kits for autosomal or gonosomal markers. The user can also work with in-house kits.

GenoProof^® Mixture offers several functionalities such as artifact filters, contamination checks or audit trail to ensure the quality safety.

GenoProof^® Mixture provides also a unique graphical user interface and a mixture sample simulator to support the analysis of complex DNA samples.
The software calculates all necessary biostatistic values for the mixture interpretation according to ISFG recommendations. For this purpose, the program builds all hypotheses and interprets the mixture profile with the likelihood ratio (LR) method and the probability of exclusion method (RMNE).

The comprehensive reference data, which allow an easy handling, include test kits, markers, size standards and an extensive population database.
