ChrX-STR – The Database for X-chromosomal Markers

ChrX-STR is a database with complex information about the X-chromosome, x-chromosomal STRs and their haplotype frequencies. It offers scientists the possibility to share population data (allele frequencies) with the forensic community or enables access to already existing data. To ensure a high quality of data, several calculations and reviews are accessible within the web application.

This web-based database has been developed in close cooperation with the forensic ChrX Research Group.
